Civneer Construction started with a simple realization: construction should not be this frustrating for clients.
For the past decade, we worked for New York City’s biggest contractors and construction management firms. We dealt with mega developments with massive budgets, complex schedules, and a million moving pieces. We learned how to navigate it all, but we also saw the same problems over and over: delays, inflated costs, and clients left guessing at every turn. It frustrated us and it shouldn’t be that way.
Thus we built Civneer Construction. A boutique firm with one mission: combine the expertise of large-scale projects with the attention of a small, hands-on team. We wanted to bring modern, elegant design and flawless execution back to our neighborhoods, creating spaces that feel personal and timeless.
At Civneer, construction is more than just building walls. It is about crafting something meaningful while making the process enjoyable, and stress-free. Every project matters. Every client matters. And every space tells a story, your story.

Muhamed Muhamed
Muhamed earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Manhattan University. Over the past nine years, he has worked with top firms like Turner Construction and Stantec, working on mega residential and commercial projects across New York.

hesham Muhamed
Hesham graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from NYU. He has worked with firms like Jacobs and HNTB on large infrastructure projects across New York. At Civneer, he directs construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Co-Founder, Technical Advisor
Muhammad Baksh
Muhammad earned his Bachelor and Masters of Civil Engineering from Manhattan University. He went on to work for the Private and then Public sector, where he is managing a diverse portfolio of design and construction projects throughout New York and New Jersey.
